Internationally shipping is Monday through Friday. Weekends do not count toward delivery speed. Example: if your country has a 7 day delivery it will be Monday through Friday (5 days), SKIP the weekend, then the next Monday and Tuesday (total of 7 days).
YamaLink is NOT RESPONSIBLE or LIABLE for items after they leave the United States. If there is an issue with a shipment after the item enters your country it is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to contact the carrier. Example: If you give us a wrong address, and your local delivery agent is unable to deliver, YamaLink is not liable for delayed, lost, or returned YamaLinks. In addition, there will be no refund for packages undelivered and/or unreturned to us because you gave us an incomplete address.
All customs/brokerage charges are the customer’s responsibility because charges are imposed by the destination country and are out of our control.
YamaLink ships to US addresses Monday through Saturday. We are responsible for delivery until tracking reads "DELIVERED". If the YamaLink is lost or stolen after online shows “delivered” it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact the carrier. We do not give refunds for packages marked as “delivered”.
YamaLink accepts returns of BRAND NEW, NEVER INSTALLED, UNDAMAGED links. You pay for return shipping. Refunds will be to original form of payment minus outbound shipping even if you selected FREE shipping. If the returned YamaLink has been used, has cosmetic issues, scratches or tool marks ("never rode it, only installed, okay it was just one ride but it’s still new") the restocking fee will be a minimum of 30% and a maximum of 50%. We recommend returns have some sort of tracking and/or insurance because lost YamaLink = no refund.
